HTC Dream Approved By The FCC

It’s good news for Android fans, as the FCC have given their approval to the HTC Dream, so it looks like the Dream isn’t too far away. While there weren’t any photos to accompany it, it’s likely that the Dream will be a GSM/EDGE device, which supports UMTS (WCDMA) 3G on the 1700MHz band, which is currently being used by T-Mobile. It’s also rumored that the Dream will have WiFi and Bluetooth, along with a “jogball”, which probably refers to some kind of trackball much like what is used on the BlackBerrys.
