Fonolo Spiders The Phone System

We’ve all been though it before. Having to call large companies and navigate through a series of boring pre-recorded voice messages trying to string you along like a puppet. It’s a definite time waster, not to mention they add to the phone bills too! Fonolo looks set to change that, with their innovative new technology. Basically they spider the mobile phone system and map out what goes where and maintain a map of “phone space”. Users can just browse through the transcript and select which point that want to navigate to, Fonolo will then dial, navigate their menu and then automatically make a call to your phone to hook you up, amazing! They’re currently undergoing a closed beta, and hopefully it works out well, because this service sure looks like it has some potential, and to top it off, it’s free.
