Web-Based Google Talk Now Available For iPhone

Google has just released a new version of their Google Talk web application which is optimized for the iPhone and iPod touch (it seems that everything is optimized for the iPhone nowadays). This will be good news for users who haven’t updated to the iPhone’s 2.0 firmware, as they will not need to go through App Store or own a 3G iPhone to use this service. With the web based application, Google Talk will be contained within the Safari browser.
