Virgin Mobile Releases Its Arc

Virgin Mobile has just released the Arc, which is sourced from UTStarcom. This phone is another in a long line of prepaid models which primary goal is normally to just keep the price at a bare minimum. Fortunately the Arc still sports Bluetooth, dual color display, a VGA camera, and looks very pretty to boot.

The Arc is already on sale, and is going for $49.99.
