Velocity Mobile 103 Visits The FCC

Velocity Mobile might have been rather quiet recently, but it seems that they’ve sent their Windows Mobile-powered 103 device to the FCC, which might mean that it could be released in the US, though nobody really knows when. Unfortunately the FCC report doesn’t reveal other specifications, though the 67-page user manual seems to give a lot of detail on how to change the battery, insert the microSD card and navigate the operating system. Users probably would have been much happier with actual specs, than a guide on how to change a battery.
