Sprint Loses Early Termination Lawsuit

Sprint has just been told that they will have to pay about $73 million in refunds to customers who they improperly charged early-termination fees to. Sprint has two weeks to respond to the ruling, which they most likely will. Verizon was faced with a similar lawsuit earlier this year, and they chose to settle it quickly, which might be a hint to Sprint that appealing this case may not produce the results that they want.
