Shipment Rationing For AT&T iPhone?

This may come as good news to some, and bad news to others. Word on the street is that AT&T has already received about two shipments of iPhone 3Gs, and will be getting their third shipment on Friday. The catch is that they can’t sell Friday’s shipment until Saturday, and the shipment that will be arriving on Saturday can only start to be sold on Sunday. As earlier mentioned, it’s probably good news to some, bad news to others, as waiting in line during the first day probably won’t guarantee an iPhone 3G, whilst missing the first day of the launch won’t mean that the iPhone 3G will be sold out the next day either.
