Sanyo Katana Eclipse Visits The FCC

It looks like Sanyo’s upcoming Katana Eclipse has taken the time to pay the FCC a visit, and is filed under its new parent Kyocera’s name. It still has the usual external music controls and evolutionary design that makes the Katana series distinct. The Katana Eclipse features EV-DO, so it will probably end up somewhere at the bottom of Sprint’s midrange offering, and might go on sale on August 17th, depending on the accuracy of a leaked Sprint roadmap.
