O2 To Have Very Limited iPhone Stock

Unfortunately for most prospective O2 iPhone customers, the Times Online is reporting that O2’s limited supply will mean that most stores will only have a few dozen iPhones to be sold when the device officially goes on sale.

“O2 said today that initial supplies of the new iPhone would be limited for several weeks, and that many customers hoping to get hold of one by the weekend were likely to be disappointed.

Probably in response to this storage, O2 has said that iPhone sales would be limited to one per customer, and two for business customers. The iPhone 3G will initially only be available to existing iPhone customers who want to upgrade, or new customers.
