With all the cool gadgets that everybody knows Japan has, it probably isn’t a surprise to anyone to hear that NTT DoCoMo is busy developing a system that would allow users to control their devices via their eyes. Apparently they’re perfecting the use of electrical signals generated by eye movements to change the volume, skip tracks, and direct the attention of their cameraphones to specific objects to capture QR codes.

While all this might sound like a lazy man’s dream, it could become a real help for the disabled, and thus, they’re hoping that this can be commercialized in a few years, once they’ve worked out the kinks.
