Nokia Sued For Selling Used Phone

Nokia, AT&T and CommClub are facing a rather unpleasant class-action lawsuit in California. The case is centered on the complaint that they sold used or reconditioned cell phones as if they were new. Said lawsuit claims that the prosecuting class suffered injuries and loss of money as a result of the sale. The lawsuit was originally filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, but was recently moved to the federal court.
