No Garmin Nuvifone Till Early 2009

In a disappointing update from Garmin, it seems that the release of their Nuvifone will be delayed from late 2008 to the first half of 2009. They say that meeting some of the carrier specific requirements will take longer than they initially anticipated, and they’re currently working to make the necessary changes to solve this. Hopefully they’ll be able to keep to their latest release date, and get the phone out on time.
