iPhone 3G Cracks, Literally

It’s already hard enough to get an iPhone 3G, regardless of the color, and to see cracks appear on it must certainly be heartbreaking. Unfortunately, that is exactly what quite a few people are experiencing. They’re reporting that hairline cracks are appearing on their iPhone 3G’s. While the problem seems mostly restricted to the white colored models, which may be due to the cracks being more visible on a white surface as opposed to a black surface. Fortunately the cracks don’t seem to be causing any problems aside from the cosmetic issue, though it certainly is heartbreaking.
