Asus Working On The O2 Xda Zest

No sooner than it was mentioned that Asus were working on a new phone, more news surfaces stating that Asus are currently working on their GM5, which most likely will snapped up by O2 and rebranded as the Xda Zest. The GM5 was just approved by the GCF (Global Certification Forum), though they didn’t give any specs of the device, it most likely will be a Windows Mobile smartphone again. The only thing that can be confirmed at the moment is that it will support triband GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) as well as singleband UMTS (2100MHz), UMTS video telephony and browsing capabilities.
