Apple's App Store Goes Live

It looks like Apple’s much-awaited App Store has finally gone live, thanks to the beauty of the time difference in New Zealand, which also means that the iPhone 3G is already launched, sold and disassembled there.

Fortunately, with the internet, and the app store up and running, users can go check out the apps that they were eagerly awaiting for, even though the iPhone 2.0 firmware isn’t officially out yet (oops!). Super Monkey Ball, anyone?
