Verizon To Offer Visual Voicemail
Competition will always keep companies on their toes. With AT&T and Sprint offering Visual Voicemail service, Verizon can’t afford to be left behind for too long. It’s been said that Verizon will be introducing their own Visual Voicemail service beginning in late July or early August.
The little snag is that users will have to shell out $1.99 per month for this service, as it will be a downloadable BREW application through VCast. This being a fairly new service, is expected to only be available on a few select devices, such as the LG Chocolate 3, Voyager “Refreshâ€, Motorola Blaze and Utopia. The LG Dare doesn’t seem to be included on the list, but it probably will be eventually.
