Has Apple Just Received Its Shipment Of Next-Gen iPhones?

It seems not a day can pass without a new rumor or news regarding the upcoming 3G iPhone. This time, there are rumblings that Apple has just taking a shipment of their 3G iPhone, according to the latest report from US customs-tracker ImportGenius.

Apple has apparently received 188 containers in a North American port. Though the shipments could just be Apple’s usual supply of computers and iPods, there are rumors that these containers could contain as many as 40,000 of the next-generation iPhones each. Adding fuel to the fire is Apple’s history of marking their containers containing desktop computers as “desktop computers”, but these containers were worked as “electric computers”.

Is there any difference between “desktop computers” and “electric computers”? Lets hope the answer to this mystery is a happy one!
