Well, a German court has reversed that decision, so if you’re in Germany and are itching for some iPhone action, you can pick one up at a much more affordable 399 Euros, although you’re tied down with a 2-year T-Mobile contract. The previous asking price for an unlocked iPhone from T-Mobile was a whopping 999 Euros – so those who missed the boat can always choose to hop on board this time round.
