Nokia patent reveals magnetized ports for phones

Those of you who own a Apple MacBook are already familiar with magnetized charging ports. This allows for not only a stronger cable hold, but a way to ease confusion over tangled wires. A recent Nokia patent reveals a similar concept, including magnetized ports for their mobile devices.

Nokia includes two separate ports for headsets and their charger cable, which sometimes confuses those with bad short-term memory, or those with faulty eyesight. Magnetized ports would help with this matter, by allowing users to feel the force of the magnetism when the correct plugs are in place.
