Nokia launches Internet Radio (Beta)

Nokia has launched their newest service for mobile devices, Nokia Internet Radio. To check out the new service, just download the new application and install the software on your Nokia S60 3rd edition enabled phone.

The software is still in beta, though Nokia plans to soon release a completed version of the application for all 3rd generation Symbian phones. The Internet Radio service allows you to browse the radio directory by station name, genre, country or language, as well as hourly updates to a list displaying the 10 most popular stations.

For optimal audio quality, the radio network streams music based on the speed of your network connection. The software is currently available for download on the Nokia N82, Nokia N91, Nokia N95 and Nokia N95 8GB devices.
