Sharp has just launched its SH-920 Aquos cellphone that shares the same LCD technology as found in the range of Sharp Aquos LCD TVs. This handset comes with a large 3.2″ display that boasts a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, a contrast ratio of 2,000 to 1, and support for up to an amazing 26 million colors – that’s a whole lot more than your eye could ever make out on such a small display. Not only that, you will be able to watch movies and TV shows in widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio thanks to the integrated 1Seg tuner. Other features include an SD/MMC memory card slot, Bluetooth connectivity, a 3.2 megapixel camera, HSDPA support, IR and GSM support. This will be a Japan only handset so don’t bother importing one over Stateside.
