Jailbreakme.com will allow you to open your iPhone for full disk access, auto-installing Installer.app, allowing for you to (once again) add third-party applications to your iPhone.
Once you go to the site, just read through the disclaimer and info, scroll to the bottom where it says Install AutoSnapp and click. The rest will happen automatically. After your iPhone restarts, you’ll see a new Installer.app icon on your phones interface.
