i-Mate Ultimates coming soon

i-Mate has a couple of Ultimate devices on their way, with the Ultimate 8150 and 6150 targeted for a November launch, bringing a 520MHz processor, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, GPS navigation, a 2 megapixel camera, an integrated FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0 support, a VGA display, and TV-out. For those who are willing to play the waiting game a little bit longer can hold out for the Ultimate 8502 and 9502 that run on Windows Mobile 6.0, where the former comes with a full QWERTY keyboard just below the display while the latter has a spring-loaded sliding keyboard. Both devices will share an amazing VGA resolution display and white backlit keys that are easy on the eye even in the dark. No idea on pricing for all these mentioned devices though.
