Samsung unveils i620

Samsung has unveiled the i620 slider handset at IFA 2007 last week, and this mid-range smartphone will hit German markets sometime this month. It measures 16mm thick and comes with a 2″ 262k color QVGA TFT display at a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, a 2 megapixel camera, a QWERTY keyboard, video recording and playback, and 80MB of internal memory. That amount can be bolstered by throwing in a microSD memory card, while Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity enables you to enjoy your music over a pair of stereo Bluetooth headphones. Pricing details were not disclosed back then, but it should neither be dirt cheap nor ultra expensive.
