Telus of Canada is currently offering the D90 cellphone from ZTE of China. What makes the D90 stand out most is its typing capacity that features extra letter and punctuation keys beyond the numeric pad, along with the help of eZiType software that autocompletes words and phrases in not only English but French as well. Continuous usage will allow the software to memorize common phrases while eliminating repetition. Other features include Bluetooth connectivity, dual-band EV-DO, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and a microSD memory card slot. You can pick this up for $230 as a standalone handset or $80 with a 3-year contract.
