Samsung releases U708 cellphone

Samsung has taken the opportunity this summer to unveil the U708 handset that measures a mere 12.1mm in thickness despite cramming in a fair amount of features and functions. The sliding design might be a wee bit complicated, but with such a slim dimension, slipping it in and out of your pocket shouldn’t be a problem. Heat sensitive keys are used here, so those who love tactile feedback are going to be disappointed. The material used to construct the U708 makes it a fingerprint magnet though. Other features of the U708 includes a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and HSDPA connectivity. No word on how much the U708 will cost, but it surely ranks as one of the higher end handsets.
