Motorola W490 to be released

Motorola will be releasing the W490 in the near future, and this clamshell handset definitely looks very much like the W385. Despite offering the same styling cues as the sleek KRZR, don’t expect the W490 to come with all the bells and whistles associated with high end handsets. To prove a point, the W490 lacks Bluetooth connectivity and a camera, but it will come with music playback capability, picture messaging support, various applications, and support for T-Mobile’s myFaves service. The W490 is tipped to be released this September 24th, although pricing details are currently unavailable.
