Koreans get UFO…in a handset

Don’t go running for buttplugs just yet – the earth isn’t being invaded by extra terrestrial lifeforms, but we do know that Korea is currently being assaulted by UFOs of the Samsung variety. Also known as the SCH-W300/SPH-W30000, this 12.9mm slider handset is said to have that acronym no thanks to the ‘Unimaginable, Fast speed and Oh, 7.2Mbps’ full length moniker that I think is was concocted in jest no matter how close to home it is. The Samsung UFO is capable of downloading files in under 10 seconds for MP3s, while a relatively short video clip takes less than a minute on the go. Other features include a 2 megapixel camera and Bluetooth connectivity. You can pick up one for around $637 in magic silver and black pearl colors, although future iterations will come in violet and sapphire blue.
