Alcatel OT-E221 goes back to the basics

I don’t suppose you could get any more basic than with the Alcatel OT-E221. The outer surface looks as though it is made out of leather, but it actually isn’t. The price will definitely surprise you – while they aren’t exactly free, the £14.99 (roughly $30) you fork out for one of these is negligible. Of course, many features on other cellphones that we take for granted are also stripped out, including the camera and media player which are considered staples in this day and age. Choose from hot pink, black, glossy blue and vibrant orange colors. The Alcatel OT-E2201 will be available from Woolworths this September.
