Verizon Wireless offers Samsung U410

Verizon Wireless is prepping the Samsung SCH-U410 cellphone for those looking for a budget handset. What sets the Samsung U410 apart from the rest would be the assistive GPS support for use with Verizon Wireless’ Navigator service that provides spoken directions around the U.S. as well as markers for points of interest including banks and restaurants. Additional features include Bluetooth connectivity, a paltry VGA camera, and a 96 x 96 resolution external LCD display. No word on the final price is available, although word on the grapevine has it that the Samsung SCH-U410 will be released sometime in the middle of this year.
