Samsung unveils new HSDPA cellphones

Samsung has just introduced the SCH-W270 and SCH-W290 in Korea, where the former is already available in Japan (also known as the SCH-W2700 there), boasting a 1.3 megapixel camera, an integrated MP3 player, a 2.3″ color display, an electronic dictionary, Bluetooth connectivity, and Microsoft Office compatibility. The SCH-W290 is a slider handset that shares virtually the same specifications as the former, save the slider form factor and a smaller screen size. Both handsets will retail for $430 and ought to make their way Stateside in due time.
