M500 wristwatch talks as well
If you’re looking for a little Dick Tracy action, the M500 can be certified to be the smallest cellphone in the world as it comes in the form factor of a wristwatch. Features include being water resistant, an 1.5″ TFT color touchscreen at a resolution of 120 x 160, a built-in stylus, and Bluetooth connectivity. A touchscreen on such small screen real estate sounds pretty weird to me – what happens if I lose the stylus? The M500 works on 850/1900MHz GSM frequencies and come with 128MB flash memory, MPEG 4 playback, pre-loaded games, and SMS support among others. The 199 number memory cap is rather disconcerting though, as that limit was surpassed long before color phones came into existence.
