Gigabyte i300 PDA phone

Gigabyte has a brand new PDA phone to join its growing rank of handsets, and the i300 features what could possibly be the modern cellphone’s killer application – GPS connectivity. Powered by a 520MHz PXA270 processor and aided by 256MB of RAM, the Gigabyte i300 ships with Windows Mobile 6.0 as its operating system of choice. Judging by the looks of it, it will probably be released in China first at a yet undisclosed price before being localized to the rest of the world.
