FCC approves HTC Libra S720

The gods at FCC has come to an unanimous verdict, approving the HTC Libra S720 for the U.S. market. The S720 is actually the CDMA version of the HTC Vox S710, so you can pretty much expect the side-sliding QWERTY keyboard to make an appearance in its final iteration. The EDGE data found on the Vox is now but a distant memory as HTC has kindly replaced that with 3G EV-DO connectivity that can be upgraded to Rev. A when required. The Windows-powered S720 will be available on Verizon Wireless soon at a yet undisclosed price.
