Unknown Windows smartphone on eBay

You could argue that Microsoft has pounded its rivals in the smartphone arena into submission, judging by the amount of devices that depend on the Windows Mobile operating system. This weird Windows-based smartphone is currently up for auction on eBay for £175, featuring a slide-up earpiece that hides the screen when closed and a numeric keypad. Features include a 2.3″ QVGA color display, 128MB RAM, a 400MHz processor, Bluetooth connectivity, and a lovely 5 megapixel camera. Does anyone have any idea whether this is a legit piece of hardware?
