NEC Latticekey paraded at CeBIT

Although the Latticekey Interface by NEC was developed since last year, it made an appearance at CeBIT for the masses to take a closer look. This unique cellphone interface does not have any labels on the keys, but instead will use the screen to guide you use them when your fingers are placed on the keys. I guess each key can have virtually unlimited functions, depending on the type of application you’re currently using on the handset. I don’t know about you, but it sure as heck requires a longer learning curve instead of simplifying things IMHO.
