Grundig B700 joins Linux stable

Grundig looks set to be on a warpath when it comes to cellphones. First we have the U900, and now the B700 Ultra Slim Communicator ambles along. This BlackBerry-style smartphone runs on Linux just like the U900, featuring a very simple but effective design with the SureType technology enabled QWERTY keyboard. Features of the B700 includes a 2.4″ QVGA display, push email, a 2 megapixel camera with 4x zoom and LED flash, an integrated FM radio and MP3 playback. You can bump up the 100MB internal memory to 1GB via a microSD memory card slot. Connectivity options include Bluetooth and USB. There is no word on pricing or availability as at press time.
