HTC Cavalier in the works

The HTC Excalibur will soon receive an upgrade in the form of the HTC Cavalier. This new smartphone will ship with a 400MHz Samsung processor and 128MB RAM which ought to speed things up considerably when it comes to heavy duty processing tasks. You also get a 2 megapixel camera which works great as a casual point-and-shoot model. You can choose from the triband UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100MHz and quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900MHz models. The Cavalier is widely tipped to be available sometime in the second quarter of this year at a yet undisclosed price.
