HTC Athena arrives in Taiwan next week

Dopod International, daughter company of HTC, will market the HTC Athena under the Dopod U1000 moniker in Taiwan by next week. This announcement definitely comes as a pleasant surprise to those living in that part of Asia as T-Mobile Germany will release it in Europe within the next few weeks. Those who are interested in picking up this Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition-powered device will be able to do so after dropping approximately 930 Euros. This might sound expensive, but at least you don’t have to sell your soul to a telco company for a couple of years.
