Word on the street is this device is compatible with VoIP programs, boasting a rotating webcam located at the side of the phone. There will not be any changes made to the operating system itself, but the internal memory will receive a much welcomed boost to 180MB. The presence of an SD/MMC memory card slot helps push the envelope a little further. Unfortunately, there will still be no QWERTY keyboard yet as all input is done via the touchscreen with a stylus. If you want to pick this up and send a flurry of e-mails quickly, forget it. The 870 looks more suited for leisurely Web surfing.
