If at first you don’t succeed, try again. This is what Nokia believes with these screenshots of the upcoming Nokia 870 Internet Tablet, the spiritual successor to the Nokia 770. Word on the street is this device is compatible with VoIP programs, boasting a rotating webcam located at the side of the phone. There will not be any changes made to the operating system itself, but the internal memory will receive a much welcomed boost to 180MB. The presence of an SD/MMC memory card slot helps push the envelope a little further. Unfortunately, there will still be no QWERTY keyboard yet as all input is done via the touchscreen with a stylus. If you want to pick this up and send a flurry of e-mails quickly, forget it. The 870 looks more suited for leisurely Web surfing.
