Pantech IM-U130 uses SRS WOW HD audio

Pantech has received permission from SRS Labs to use the SRS WOW HD audio enhancement technology in their cellphones, and Pantech has clearly wasted no time in implementing that initiative with the IM-U130 CDMA handset being the first cellphone from Pantech to boast such technology in Korea. This is a fitting development since the IM-U130 was designed to be a portable jukebox, and it now comes with improved low frequency bass performance and enhanced high frequency sound clarity for a crystal clear audio experience. With cellphones getting better and better in terms of musical technology, will we see audio-only players like the iPod phased out in the near future?
