Sprint and Nextel have teamed up with Motorola to bring us the ic502 dual-network cellphone which is compatible with both the Sprint PCS service for voice and data calls as well as connect to the Nextel Walkie-Talkie network, giving you access to over 20 million people. The ic502 features the Direct Talk backup service with a 6-mile range which comes in handy when you are in the great outdoors. An integrated GPS chip is yet another safety feature to help emergency services locate you should you ever fail to find your way back to base camp. The ic502 is not only functional but hardy and robust as well, complying with Military Standard 810 F.
