Vodafone V1210 given FCC nod

The Vodafone V1210 is a full-blooded smartphone that will make its debut in the U.K. very soon, courtesy of Vodafone UK. This smartphone has undergone the rigorous testing of the FCC and came through with flying colors. Also known as the VPA IV, the V1210 is powered by an Intel PXA270 312Mhz processor and comes with 128MB of flash memory, 64MB of SDRAM, a microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity, a fairly large speaker behind, and a 3.5mm headphone jack in case you want to take your listening private. Other goodies include the Opera web browser and a ClearVue software suit that reads Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files effortlessly.
