Pantech PG3600V flatters iPod
Pantech has a brand new cellphone that takes after the iPod when it comes to the user interface. The Pantech PG3600V handset features a click wheel navigation which hopes to entice Apple fans along with its claimed superior sound quality. The PG3600V does not come in iPod’s traditional white color, prefering to use serious business black instead. File formats supported for the MP3 player function includes MP3, AAc, and AAC+ – WMA proponents will have to look elsewhere. Other features on the Pantech PG3600V is the Bluetooth A2DP connectivity, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and a vibrant TFT display. Too bad Steve Jobs did not patent the click wheel design, he could have made a pretty penny from the deluge of devices in the market these days that resemble the iPod in terms of design.
