FCC blesses Motorola M702iG FOMA phone
The FCC has recently okayed the Motorola FOMA M702iG cellphone, although an approval doesn’t necessarily translate into a subsequent release. The M702iG is based on W-CDMA standards which feature blazing fast access speeds that are becoming more and more important in today’s handsets as people use them to perform various online tasks such as Internet banking and watching videos. Other features of the M702iG include a 2 megapixel camera with video call support, Bluetooth and IrDA connectivity, a microSD memory card slot, and an English-Japanese dictionary. It will be available to DoCoMo customers, but there are no further details on pricing and availability.
