D-Link V-Click dual-mode phone

D-Link jumps into the the cellphone market with the V-Click dual-mode phone which enables users to switch back and forth between cellular and Wifi networks at the touch of a button. This tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) handset is compatible with WiFi access, measuring 4.17″ x 1.73″ x 0.75″ and comes with Opera Mobile that lets you browse the web, although you can’t see much on the 176 x 220 pixel screen. This means you can now take advantage of VoIP software in WiFi hotspots to save on your cellphone bill at the end of the month, using the GSM service in areas without. The V-Click will ship in Q1 2007. More features are available after the jump.
