Nokia announces N95
The high-end Nokia N95 has just been announced by Nokia. The N95 marks Nokia’s first foray into the HSDPA arena, and judging by the specifications, there is nothing but praise for the N95. How can anyone argue against an innovative double slide design with multimedia controls located on one end and a keypad on the other, WiFi connectivity, WCDMA, quad-band GSM, Bluetooth with A2DP, IrDA, USB 2.0, a stunning 5 megapixel camera, built-in GPS, an integrated FM radio, 150MB of built-in memory, and a microSD memory card slot? What makes the N95 all the more impressive is its 99mm x 20mm x 53mm dimensions. You can expect to see the N95 ship in Q1 2007 for the recommended retail price of €550. You won’t see this launched officially Stateside, so be prepared to import one if you’re looking to upgrade your current handset.
