Intermec is well known for releasing tough PDA devices, and they currently have a couple of them in the waiting. The Intermec CN3 resembles a Blackberry and is powered by the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, featuring integrated GPS, 3G,WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity, and a 1.3 megapixel camera. The Intermec CV30, on the other hand, leans more toward a specialized data collection device. It will run on either the Windows CE.NET 5.0 or Windows Mobile 5.0, offering support for RFID, speech recognition, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. The CN3 will be available in Q4 this year while the CV30 has already been released. Pricing details are currently unavailable.
