O2 i-mode range to expand

U.K. carrier O2 will boost its i-mode cellphone range later this month with the introduction of a couple of handsets from LG and Samsung. The LG L343i is a clamshell cellphone that features a 262k color LCD, Bluetooth connectivity, a VGA camera, a built-in speakerphone, and tri-band network connectivity. The Samsung SGH-S40li fares slightly poorer with its 65k color LCD, although it retains Bluetooth capability and a VGA camera. Expect to fork out around £100 for the L343i while the S401i will most likely hover around the £110 price point.
