FCC gives nod to Samsung SPH-M250

The FCC is pretty slow when it comes to approval, considering the SPH-M250 was already released in Korea about a year ago as the SCH-B250. The SPH-M250 comes with a swivel screen design and boasts a 2 megapixel camera with flash and video recording capabilities, a 262k color TFT LCD, as well as a TV-out port that enables you to relay a broadcast to any compatible TV.
